Information You Directly and Voluntarily Provide to Andersons

Collecting Personal Information for Employment Consideration
Andersons may ask for specific information about you if you submit your resume for employment, contact Andersons with a question, and/or sign up for email notification.
Submitting a Resume: Andersons will post available jobs on the website and allow you to submit an online employment application. You will be requested to complete an application that includes your address, phone number, email address, geographic preference, position applied for, education, career objective, and the reasons you want to work for Andersons. Andersons may also ask that you submit your resume. This information will be encrypted and will only be used to determine if you would be a good candidate for the requested job.
